AI + engineering services
An engineer working on your problem through launch
Some problems only become clear once someone sits with the people who have them. An RDC engineer works directly with your team, in your tools and meetings, and builds the software as the details come out. That might be an internal tool, a customer-facing app or an integration between two systems that have never talked to each other. We take it through launch, including the parts that are easy to skip: loading, error and empty states, protection against duplicate submissions, navigation that works with a keyboard and a screen reader, a custom 404 page, per-page titles and descriptions, a favicon, a robots file, a sitemap and preview images for shared links. After launch we watch how it is really used, fix what breaks and hand over a codebase your team can maintain.
Start with your workflow. We agree the first deliverable, data boundaries, scope and budget before work begins.
What we can deliver
What your team receives.
- Working sessions with the people who will use the software
- A production application or integration, deployed to your environment
- Launch checklist covering error and empty states, accessibility, metadata, sitemap and 404 page
- Monitoring and error reporting from the first day of use
- Source code, documentation and a handover session
Illustrative project example
Forward-deployed engineering
A field-service company tracks repairs in a spreadsheet that four coordinators edit at the same time. The engineer spends the first week with the coordinators, then builds a small web app connected to the existing job database. It copes with a weak mobile signal, blocks duplicate jobs and works on the technicians' phones. It also alerts the coordinator when a job has been open for three days.
The final design follows your systems, documents and operating requirements.
Keep your team in control.
Data protection
Map approved data sources, access rules, retention and provider use before connecting AI to company information.
EU infrastructure options
Scope EU servers or self-hosting and disclose the processing location of model APIs, logs and backups.
Human approval
Agree where AI may suggest, where it may act and where a person must approve the next step.
Can we start small?
Yes. Start with one workflow, one team and an agreed outcome. We scope the pilot after learning about your data, systems and constraints.
Can our data stay in the EU?
We can scope EU-hosted or self-hosted options. The proposal identifies where each component processes and stores data, which providers are involved, and any transfer or remote-access implications. EU hosting alone does not establish compliance.
Can we use the tools we already have?
We start with your current workflow and systems. The proposal identifies the integrations, data access and handoffs needed for a useful first deliverable.
