What we collect and why
Required: your name, email and a description for quote requests. Optional: company, website, product/service interest, referring channel/topic, current systems, budget and timing. We use these to assess fit and discuss a possible service. Request handling is for steps you ask us to take before a contract, or for our legitimate interest in responding to general inquiries. Optional marketing requires a separate opt-in and is never required to request a quote.
Storage and spam protection
Cloudflare provides website hosting, form processing and Turnstile spam protection. The form stores inquiries in a private database for 90 days, with deletion by the next daily sweep (up to 24 hours later); longer retention requires a separate business purpose and notice. Rate-limiting stores a salted IP hash for a short window; the IP is also processed by Cloudflare for verification. Hosting infrastructure may process data internationally. EU-only hosting is a project option, not a claim about this public website.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not install advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. Turnstile is used to protect form submissions. If optional analytics or marketing cookies are added, consent controls will be provided before they load.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable, and complain to a supervisory authority. Write to [email protected]. Do not submit confidential documents or personal data about others through the inquiry form.
