Technical groundwork for your AI Act review
The EU AI Act sets obligations according to your role and how a system is used. A company that builds a candidate-screening tool has different duties from one that uses a general chatbot for internal drafting. We help you collect the facts that settle this. We list every AI system you build, buy or embed, describe what it is meant to do and who it affects, and trace the provider chain behind it. Where a system needs them, we implement the technical measures: user notices, logging, human oversight steps and documentation of how the system works. We also prepare AI literacy material for the people who use each tool. Classification and legal conclusions belong to your counsel. We give them a precise technical file to work from, then build whatever they decide is required.
Start with your workflow. We agree the first deliverable, data boundaries, scope and budget before work begins.
What we can deliver
What your team receives.
- Inventory of the AI systems you develop, deploy or integrate
- Intended-use descriptions and provider-chain records
- Facts your counsel needs to classify role and risk
- User notices, logging and human oversight steps, implemented
- AI literacy material for the teams using each system
Illustrative project example
AI Act readiness
A company is preparing a website assistant that answers product questions and books service appointments. We document the hosted model behind it, what the assistant can and cannot do, and where conversations are stored. We add a clear notice telling users they are talking to an AI system, plus a way to hand over to staff. Counsel reviews the classification using this file, and we implement any changes they request.
The final design follows your systems, documents and operating requirements.
Keep your team in control.
Data protection
Map approved data sources, access rules, retention and provider use before connecting AI to company information.
EU infrastructure options
Scope EU servers or self-hosting and disclose the processing location of model APIs, logs and backups.
Human approval
Agree where AI may suggest, where it may act and where a person must approve the next step.
Can we start small?
Yes. Start with one workflow, one team and an agreed outcome. We scope the pilot after learning about your data, systems and constraints.
Can our data stay in the EU?
We can scope EU-hosted or self-hosted options. The proposal identifies where each component processes and stores data, which providers are involved, and any transfer or remote-access implications. EU hosting alone does not establish compliance.
Do you help with the AI Act, NIS2 and CRA?
We help prepare inventories, data flows, security controls, documentation and remediation work for specialist review. Applicability depends on your role, sector, jurisdiction and product. We do not offer a blanket compliance certificate.
