AI + engineering services

Your team's best procedures, written for AI tools

Most teams have someone who gets far better results from AI tools than everyone else. Usually that comes down to the instructions, examples and reference files they have built up over time. We turn that know-how into a shared library of skills. Each skill holds versioned instructions for a specific task, the reference documents it relies on, good and bad examples, and the checks a reviewer should run. Skills work with the assistants your team already uses, as long as those assistants accept custom instructions and files. The agents and workflows we build can call them too. We run short sessions so people know when to use each skill and how to report a poor result. We also agree who keeps each skill current when products, prices or policies change.

Start with your workflow. We agree the first deliverable, data boundaries, scope and budget before work begins.

What we can deliver

What your team receives.

  • Selection of tasks worth standardising, with accepted inputs and outputs
  • Versioned skill files: instructions, references, examples and checks
  • Packaging for your assistants, agents or workflows
  • Training sessions for the team
  • Named owners and a review schedule for each skill

Illustrative project example

Team AI skills library

A technical sales team writes several tender responses each month. Two people produce strong first drafts with an AI assistant, while the rest struggle. We capture their approach as a skill that includes the tender sections, approved product descriptions, past answers that scored well and phrases legal has ruled out. A checklist reminds the reviewer to confirm delivery dates and certificates against the current catalogue.

The final design follows your systems, documents and operating requirements.

Keep your team in control.

Data protection

Map approved data sources, access rules, retention and provider use before connecting AI to company information.

EU infrastructure options

Scope EU servers or self-hosting and disclose the processing location of model APIs, logs and backups.

Human approval

Agree where AI may suggest, where it may act and where a person must approve the next step.

Can we start small?

Yes. Start with one workflow, one team and an agreed outcome. We scope the pilot after learning about your data, systems and constraints.

Can our data stay in the EU?

We can scope EU-hosted or self-hosted options. The proposal identifies where each component processes and stores data, which providers are involved, and any transfer or remote-access implications. EU hosting alone does not establish compliance.

Can we use the tools we already have?

We start with your current workflow and systems. The proposal identifies the integrations, data access and handoffs needed for a useful first deliverable.
