EU cloud, managed data and test environments for the systems you run
Every system we deliver needs somewhere dependable to run, and so do the products you build yourself. We set up and operate that infrastructure in EU data centres: separate development, test and production environments, managed databases, encrypted storage, daily backups with retention rules, access logs and monitoring with alerts. New releases go through the test environment first, so an experiment never touches live data, and a pilot can move to production without a data migration. Each environment is documented, with owners, access rights and a restore procedure we test on a schedule. The same platform hosts RDCopilot ERP, CRM, AI workspaces, mobile app backends and IoT telemetry, so data moves between them without exports. Setup is a one-off fee; after that, a monthly subscription covers EU hosting, updates, monitoring and support, and extra work is billed at a fixed hourly rate.
Start with your workflow. We agree the first deliverable, data boundaries, scope and budget before work begins.
What we can deliver
What your team receives.
- Managed EU cloud with separate development, test and production environments
- Managed databases and encrypted storage with daily backups, retention rules and access logs
- Monitoring, alerts and a restore procedure tested on a schedule
- Test environments and pilot reports: what passed, what failed, what is still open
- Environment documentation: owners, access rights and runbooks
Workflow in focus
Cloud, data and test environments
For example, a company launching a new customer app needs a database, a test environment for the app and a backend that also talks to its ERP. We provision the environments in an EU region, connect the app and the ERP, keep the data with daily backups and run the first releases through the test environment. When the pilot ends, the same setup moves to production without a data migration.
The final design follows your systems, documents and operating requirements.
Keep your team in control.
Data protection
Map approved data sources, access rules, retention and provider use before connecting AI to company information.
EU infrastructure options
Scope EU servers or self-hosting and disclose the processing location of model APIs, logs and backups.
Human approval
Agree where AI may suggest, where it may act and where a person must approve the next step.
Can we start small?
Yes. Start with one workflow, one team and an agreed outcome. We scope the pilot after learning about your data, systems and constraints.
Can our data stay in the EU?
We can scope EU-hosted or self-hosted options. The proposal identifies where each component processes and stores data, which providers are involved, and any transfer or remote-access implications. EU hosting alone does not establish compliance.
Can we use the tools we already have?
We start with your current workflow and systems. The proposal identifies the integrations, data access and handoffs needed for a useful first deliverable.
